Dear customer,
according to the new Construction Products Regulation n°305/2011, which will replace the current Construction Products Directive 89/106/EEC from 1 July 2013, we hereby inform that the Declarations of Performance (DoP) relative to the anchors of our supply can be downloaded directly from our website in the section fixing where are present our technical data sheet.
From the first of July will be mandatory to have ready their DoP and deliver it to customers. In order to facilitate the provision of this document, please download it from our website where you will find the updated version.
Declarations of Performance will relate exclusively to our anchors in possession of CE marking according to the documents specified above. Anchors without CE marking does not require Declaration of Performance. Please note that the CE marking for anchors is voluntary (not mandatory). The CE marking is mandatory for all construction products for which a harmonized standard exist. The anchors are in fact CE marked according to the EOTA rules with technical documents that are called ETAG (European Technical Approval Guide Line) and not through harmonized standards (hEN) published by CEN. It must be clear that anchors without CE marking may be present in the market, and for these products don’t need to have and to provide a Declaration of Performance.
Our Declarations of Performance are related to a specific use of the product. For this reason, some items may have two. Declarations of Performance are currently available in Italian and English. As soon as possible will be ready version in German and French.
The DoP that you will find on our website are valid for all batches of our supply that will be delivered from the first of July.
In order to have traceability between the product and the related Declaration of Performance inform you that on the label of our anchors the ETA number is also the identification number of the Declaration of Performance.For product covered by a harmonized standard the DoP number will be the year of the CE marking or the certificate of conformity number.
